Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the parties below, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The customer whose details are provided during the order.

2. Subject

The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) the Buyer orders electronically via miaecouture.com, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Product & Payment

The product details and VAT-inclusive sale price are as stated on the product page and order summary. Payments are taken via the secure PayTR infrastructure; card details are never stored by the Seller.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without reason or penalty. See the Returns & Exchange page for details.

5. Exceptions to Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are perishable, unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. opened intimate wear) or personalised at the Buyer’s request.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out on the Delivery & Shipping page.

7. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

8. Effectiveness

By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts all terms of this Agreement, which enters into force upon order confirmation.
