Delivery & Shipping

At Miae Couture we prepare your orders with care and deliver them as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our delivery and shipping process.

Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders with confirmed payment are prepared and handed to our courier partner within 1–3 business days, subject to stock. This may be slightly longer during public holidays and busy periods. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–4 business days depending on your region. In all cases orders are delivered within the legal maximum of 30 days.

Shipping Cost

• Orders at or above the defined threshold qualify for free shipping (the current threshold is shown on the cart and checkout pages).
• For orders below the threshold, the fee for the shipping method you select at checkout applies.

Order Tracking

You can check your order status anytime on the Track Order page using your order number and email.
